Not quite an eagle


My dear husband wanted to share progress on a bird of his own - chicken BBQ'd on an open can of beer. Delicious!

Ha! We call it beer-butt chicken, make it on our charcoal BBQ and it is delish!

Oh, I had chicken like that recently at Webbers in Chicago. It was really wonderful. But if I'd seen it sitting on the can like that I fear I might had lost my appetite! Enjoy!
