With her biggest secret behind her and nothing else to hide, Jane felt remarkably light and free.
This is my submission for IF, and I do believe I have covered (or uncovered) more than one definition of the theme word here.
This wee 8"x 10" acrylic on canvas painting is based upon a figure in Picasso's 1920 oil and charcoal on wood piece, 'By the Sea'.

I see you're having lots of fun with this series. It's been brewing for awhile I guess and now that you have a chance to tackle it it's coming thick and fast. You're being *way* more productive than me right now, though I am enjoying my swims... :)
Quit reading and get back to work!!
i adore this!
She's spectacular!
I am so glad that I followed your comment "I imagine you must smile when you're working on your drawings"...I do, and wondered who it was that was so perceptive.
I loved looking at your work and reading your hysterical blog to your fabulous daughter. Thank you SO much for the hearty chuckle.
She's coming into her "fullness" and is proud of it! Thanks for the smile :)
Lovely. Certainly very Picasso-like - a perfect style to portray "nothing to hide". Thank you.
Captures the theme perfectly. And what a great poster this would make especially displayed at the entrance of a nude beach.
Nice bum! Glad you went through with it unlike myself! ;-)
I like your style and all series of your previous art works!! This illustration make me feel free and relax! ^O^

Wonderful take on this theme. Wouldn't it be nice to be so free!
wonderful interpretation of the theme! seeing how creative other artists are with the theme is just as enjoyable as creating my own. Thanks for stopping by mine illo.
Love the simplicity and I also really like your "gravity" illustration!
