Just off the easel - Westcan Whimsy, acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. I'm having fun being a little more playful with my imagery. This work is inspired by the view from my studio, the lovely boat sheds belonging to houses on Westcan Road.

This work was created for a charity auction held at the Sunshine Coast Ladies Red Serge Gala, in Sechelt, British Columbia, in September of 2015. It's the first painting I'd done since Moonlit Shed in 2013. Wish me luck as I get back into the studio and create a new series of works!
